Bid to Win Seats at a Private Copper River Salmon Dinner for 7 prepared by Chef Shota Nakajima & Friends! See

When & Where: 
Tuesday May 18, 2021, 5:30 pm at Taku restaurant, 706 E. Pike St in Seattle

Bid on 1 seat (or up to 7 seats) of only 7 for a private culinary experience with Top Chef season 18 contestant Chef Shota Nakajima and chefs Byron Gomez of Top Chef season 18, Matt Broussard formerly of Tom Douglas restaurants, Zoi Antonitsas formerly of Westward and Top Chef Season 4, and Luke Kolpin formerly sous chef at Noma in Copenhagen.

Each chef will be preparing a dish for this 5-course meal celebrating the first Copper River salmon of the season! Wine and sake will accompany the courses and the evening will conclude with a collaborative dessert from the chefs. 

Course 1 - Charred Salmon bone and morel dashi soup – Shota

Course 2 - Cured Salmon, Tumeric Huancaina Sauce, Puffed Quinoa, Pickled Jicama, Kaffir Lime Oil – Byron 

Course 3 - Binchotan Grilled Salmon Belly, Vegetable Ash, Spring Vegetables, Ramp Oil & Buttermilk – Zoi 

Course 4 - Tostadas Copper River Salmon, refried cannellini beans, chorizo vinaigrette, cilantro, shaved wasabi, flake salt, jalapeño – Matt

Course 5 - Butter poached salmon in pine and seaweed – Luke
