About

Graduate employees at New York University went on strike for 3 weeks.  This mutual aid fund is intended to support this community of workers.  Many of them rely on their NYU compensation to pay for rent, food, and other essential expenses.  This fund is meant to supplement lost compensation to ensure all these workers are fed, housed, not at-risk of eviction, and supported against other potential consequences of financial hardship.
