Expenses & Getting Paid
We hope you all had a good holiday season and wish you all the best for this year 2021.
As you may have noticed, many changes have been made to the way OCB operates in recent weeks. Due to the increasing number of requests, we had to make various adjustments.
Many of you are sending messages to find out when or how expenses are being processed. From now on, expenses will be processed once a week, on Thursdays. Please make sure that expenses are marked as “approved”, otherwise they won’t be processed as expenses will remain “pending”.
Regarding the addition of funds that would have arrived in the bank account for the benefit of your collective, these will be added once a week, on Tuesdays (as well as on the last day of each month). We therefore ask you to be patient as the management of these flows takes time.
