Join us for a monthly online Chenrezig practice with Lama Rod. In this practice, the Tantric deity known in Tibetan as Chenrezig (Skt: Avalokiteshvara) becomes a representation of our own capacity for boundless love, opening a doorway into its energy and wisdom. Over time, we create a direct experience of our own loving qualities which can become one of the most skillful ways to hold space for difficult emotions as they arise.
Suggested donation is $20, however there is no minimum required to join. All donations are welcomed with gratitude. For additional information about the Chenrezig practice, you are invited to watch this video from a past Chenrezig session, recorded on January 15, 2023.
